GRADIENT GAMES this panel is chunky with history! i’ve had her for a few years and you’ll find rich layers lying underneath these fabulous gradients. at one point, i glued some fabric onto this panel. with this final iteration, i’m making gradients with one of my fave color combos, complimentary colors; purple and yellow. i also wanted to counter that gradient with another, and chose a simple turquoise phthalo. i used a V because i wanted the turquoise to cut through the entire painting. this was fun, there may be more to come!
