These are little bits of beauty and transformation in this fucked-up dystopian world we’re living in! I love making rainbows and spectrums. I don’t know where they’ll end up, but I love watching the transformation and allowing the spur of the moment reactions i need to make to produce the next color.
Profits ($25 each) from this suite of pocket rainbows goes to The Black School . They are committed to community building and their core principles of Black love, wellness, and self determination. The Black School’s mission is to promote and extend the legacy of art in Black radical histories by providing innovative education alternatives centered in Black love. Through youth art workshops, community wide events/programing, and our student staffed art and design studio, we use art to transform social realities while celebrating Black people's history and the beauty and ingenuity of our ever evolving culture.
